We know how hard it is to coordinate the day: work, school pickup, and also driving grandma to and from the center. That's why our transportation is door-to-door, free, and within 15 miles of either of our two Hialeah Gardens or Hialeah locations. Wheelchair-accessible vehicles, background-checked drivers, and pickup times built around your family routine.
How free transportation works

1. You book the free trial day
When you book your first day, we coordinate the pickup time and the address — including whether there are stairs or a wheelchair ramp is needed.

2. We pick up between 7:00 and 8:30 AM
Driver arrives at the door or gate. Warm Spanish or English greeting, help into the vehicle, and a comfortable air-conditioned ride.

3. Safe arrival at the center
On arrival, our team meets your loved one at the door — no walking alone through a parking lot. The day starts with a hot breakfast.
- 04
4. Return home at 5:00 PM
At the end of the day, we drive them home. We deliver them to your door — ready for dinner with you and to tell you about their day.
