Our story
Warm care since 2018
Xclusive Senior Care was born from the need to offer Hispanic families in Hialeah a center where their loved ones would be treated like family.
Our founders lived the anguish of searching for a center that understood the culture, language, and customs of Miami's Hispanic community. They couldn't find what they were looking for — so they built it.
Since 2018, we've cared for hundreds of families with the warm, professional, bilingual care they deserve. We celebrate birthdays with bolero and cake, dance salsa on Fridays, and treat every senior as if they were our own grandparent.
Today, we have two locations in Hialeah and Hialeah Gardens, a team of over 40 professionals, and a community of families who recommend us to their neighbors.
