What state inspections have you passed?

AHCA performs regular inspections of adult day care centers. The history is available at floridahealthfinder.gov. If a family wants to review recent reports, we provide them personally at no cost.

Will my family have to sign agreements to not sue?

No. Our admission agreement does not include clauses waiving the right to sue or to file regulatory complaints. What you sign is a services agreement, not a waiver of rights.

How do you handle medical information?

Under HIPAA protocols. Only authorized staff access your loved one's clinical record. We share information with primary doctors and authorized family — nobody else without your consent.

If I file a complaint, will you retaliate against my family member?

Never. The code of ethics and federal law prohibit retaliation for filing a complaint. If you sense something changed in care after a complaint, report it to AHCA immediately at 1-888-419-3456.
