Home-cooked meals every day
Latin home-cooked meals for seniors — breakfast, lunch, and a snack
In grandma's house the coffee starts before sunrise and lunch has rice, beans, and picadillo — that's how it always was, and that's how it is here. Every day our cook prepares a hot breakfast, a home-style lunch, and an afternoon snack — with options for diabetes, high blood pressure, and cultural preferences. We serve families across Hialeah, Hialeah Gardens, Miami Lakes, and nearby neighborhoods.
How meals work
- 01
1. We discuss diets and preferences
When you book the free trial day, we ask about allergies, diabetes, hypertension, favorite foods, and dislikes. Our cook gets the note.
- 02
2. Breakfast between 8:00 and 9:00 AM
Cuban or American coffee, buttered toast, scrambled eggs, fresh fruit. Sugar-free version for diabetics.
- 03
3. Hot lunch at midday
White rice, black or red beans, a protein (chicken, picadillo, fish, lechón on holidays), vegetables, and a salad.
- 04
4. Afternoon snack
Fruit, crackers, cheese, coffee or tea — something light before the ride home so they arrive happy and not hungry.
