How free transportation works

1. We coordinate the address and pickup window
When you start, we note whether the house has stairs, whether the ramp goes by the front or side door, and the exact time the van should arrive.

2. The driver arrives between 7:00 and 8:30 AM
Spanish or English greeting, help boarding the air-conditioned vehicle, and a comfortable ride to the center. A 15-minute window so the family can prep Mom without stress.

3. Safe arrival at the center
Our team meets your loved one right at the entrance — no walking alone across a parking lot. The day starts with a hot breakfast and cafecito.

4. Home by 5:00 PM
At the end of the day, we drive them home door-to-door. We hand them off to you or another authorized family member, ready for dinner and to share how their day went.
