Personal Care Assistant (HHA / Home Health Aide)

Full time · Monday to Friday
Assist seniors with personal hygiene, meals, transfers, and daily activities. Work side by side with the registered nurse and activities director.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with hygiene, transfers, and mobility
- Supervise meals and maintain hydration
- Accompany members in group activities and cultural celebrations
- Document changes in physical or emotional status
- Coordinate with the registered nurse and activities director
Requirements
- Current Florida HHA certification
- Current CPR/First Aid
- Recent TB test
- Level 2 background check (we cover the cost)
- Native Spanish · Conversational English
Salary: $15 – $22 per hour · weekly pay · annual raises
Bilingual Caregiver
Hialeah · 705 E 8th Ave
Full or part time · Monday to Friday
Accompany members through the whole day — from breakfast to dismissal — with warmth, patience, and attention to detail.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and send off members with warmth
- Accompany members at meals, activities, and rest
- Recognize physical or emotional changes and communicate them
- Support the activities director with the weekly calendar
- Keep the center clean and safe during the shift
Requirements
- Previous senior-care experience (preferred)
- HHA or CNA certification (preferred · we train)
- Native Spanish · Conversational English a plus
- Level 2 background check (we cover the cost)
- Patience, empathy, and attention to detail
Salary: $18 – $26 per hour · weekly pay · meals included
Bilingual Medicaid Benefits Coordinator
Hialeah Gardens · 12975 W Okeechobee Rd
Full time · Monday to Friday
Walk Hispanic families through the entire Medicaid CDC+ and LTC application process — from the first call to the first day of care.
Key responsibilities
- Take first calls and run the eligibility quiz
- Gather documents and open the ACCESS Florida account
- Coordinate CARES assessment and ADRC referral
- Follow up on application status through approval
- Walk the family from approval to the first day of care
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of Medicaid LTC / CDC+ experience
- Knowledge of the 5 FL managed-care plans
- Native Spanish · Fluent English
- Microsoft Office + Google Workspace proficiency
- Level 2 background check (we cover the cost)
Salary: $22 – $32 per hour · quarterly bonus · ongoing training
